1 –Draw up the three-month Master Production Schedule (Industrial and Sales Plan)
建立三個月的生產(chǎn)主計劃（生產(chǎn)和銷售計劃）
- Draw up the three-month Master Production Schedule each week based on customer orders, stock objectives and production constraints,
庫存目標和生產(chǎn)約束，每周制定三個月主生產(chǎn)計劃
- Propose an adapted policy based on workload and technical constraints
根據(jù)工作負載和技術約束提出適用政策
- Organise a weekly meeting with Autonomous Production Units to submit workloads (Production Plan)
組織每周與生產(chǎn)的會議來提交溝通工作負載(生產(chǎn)計劃)每周組織與獨立生產(chǎn)單位的會議，下達生產(chǎn)任務(生產(chǎn)計劃)
- Monitor progress and compliance with the plant Production Plan
監(jiān)督進度使其符合工廠生產(chǎn)計劃
- Define and ensure respect of economic launch quantities for each part number according to management rules in force
分析來自同每一方面的局限，根據(jù)現(xiàn)行的制度定義每一個產(chǎn)品按照經(jīng)濟數(shù)量生產(chǎn)
- Draft the meeting minutes and distribute these
起草會議紀要并分發(fā)發(fā)布
2 – Draw up the workload schedule
制定工作時間表
- Analyse subcontracting possibilities based on requests from other group sites
基于其他集團工廠地址的要求分析分包的可能性
- Establish workload simulations based on new projects
根據(jù)新項目建立生產(chǎn)模擬
- Make the necessary decisions to optimise scheduling to prevent production interruptions and the overproduction of parts, in line with initial data
為防止生產(chǎn)中斷和部件的生產(chǎn)過剩的,根據(jù)初始數(shù)據(jù)做出必要的決策以優(yōu)化調(diào)度
3 – Define the daily production sequence
安排每天生產(chǎn)調(diào)度
- Update the Production Plan daily
每天更新生產(chǎn)計劃
- Draw up the production plan according to "Kanban" levels, stock levels, Launch Orders (LO), maintenance requests, production imperatives and information produced by the IS
根據(jù)“Kanban”水平,庫存水平,(LO)生產(chǎn)命令,干預請求,迫切性和系統(tǒng)的信息制定生產(chǎn)計劃
- Generate LOs, print them and make them available to the production team in accordance with the defined sequence
生成LO，打印它們并使工作人員按照規(guī)定的順序進行生產(chǎn)
- Draw up the fixed launch schedule, ensure its distribution and its regular update
制定固定的開發(fā)計劃,發(fā)布和定期更新
- Attend the daily production meeting
參加每日生產(chǎn)會議
- Communicate with the customer logistics team to notify them of any change to the schedule and analyse the consequences
與客戶物流團隊溝通，通知其任何關于計劃和分析結果的改變
- Liaise permanently with the customer logistics technician and production supervisors to obtain all information useful for optimisation
與客戶物流技術人員和生產(chǎn)管理人員持續(xù)保持聯(lián)絡來優(yōu)化獲得所有信息
- Modify the schedule based on different anomalies
基于不同的異常修改生產(chǎn)計劃
- Establish "Kanban loops", analyse their relevance and update at regular intervals
建立“Kanban循環(huán)”,分析其相關性和定期更新
- Check the entry into stock of end products (PF) and semi-finished (SF) products
檢查完成品和半成品的庫存
- Assess packaging requirements, identify insufficient quantities
評估包裝要求,核實不足的數(shù)量
4 – Upgrade the information system
升級信息系統(tǒng)
- Create data specific to scheduling in the decision-aid tool (calendar, manufacturing deadline, batch size, etc.)
創(chuàng)建有助決策的數(shù)據(jù)工具(日歷、生產(chǎn)期限、批量大小等)
- Define emergency stock and minimum stock
定義緊急庫存和最小庫存
- Update decision-aid tool data (batch size, Average Daily Consumption, change in quantity by UC, etc.), ensure reliability of this data
更新輔助決策的數(shù)據(jù)工具(批量大小,日均消費,UC數(shù)量的變化,等等),確保這些數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性
- Update data specific to logistics in the information system
在信息系統(tǒng)中更新具體的數(shù)據(jù)
- Monitor production schemes (assignment to unit, press/item, etc.)
監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)范圍(任務單元,報道/項目等)
- Signal all anomalies detected in the technical data
匯報技術數(shù)據(jù)中的異常
5 – Help to manage modifications

- Attend modification meetings

- Draw up schedules to define the availability of tools for modifications
制定工具和設備的使用計劃以輔助改進計劃
- Check the feasibility beforehand and propose the schedule
事先檢查可行性并提出時間表
- Inform the maintenance team of tool availability

6 – Help to continuously improve logistics
參與物流的進一步改進
- Suggest ways to improve stock reduction
提出幫助減少庫存的方法
- Monitor Master Production Schedule progress/delay
監(jiān)控主生產(chǎn)計劃進度/延遲
- Attend the daily Logistics performance meeting and update indicators
參加每日物流績效會議并更新指標
- Help to analyse deviations and progress daily using problem-solving tools
通過相關解決問題的工具參與偏差分析與日常進度
- Take part in working groups (CCV, SMED, Kanban etc.)
參與工作小組（CCV,SMED,Kanban等）
- Help to prepare the Industrial and Sales Plan
幫助準備生產(chǎn)以及銷售的計劃
- Optimise press workload by proposing, in collaboration with the production team, the implementation of new "mould/machine" pairs
提出優(yōu)化工作負載,與生產(chǎn)團隊合作,實施新的“模具/機器”配對
