Purpose & Objectives of Position 崗位目的

負(fù)責(zé)制造過程檢查，最終檢驗(yàn)，不合格品處理以及生產(chǎn)/質(zhì)量檢查記錄管理，確保過程受控，不合格品得到糾正且相關(guān)記錄被管理。
Be responsibility to manufacture process check, final quality check, non-conformance disposition and production/quality check record management, to ensure manufacture process in control, non-conformance corrected, and relevant record managed.

Specific Accountability具體職責(zé)
 1. 執(zhí)行過程檢查，創(chuàng)建記錄并跟進(jìn)糾正
Perform process quality check, make record and follow up the correct

2. 執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品最終檢驗(yàn)，創(chuàng)建記錄并跟進(jìn)糾正
Perform final quality check, make record and follow up the correct

3. 收集生產(chǎn)/質(zhì)量記錄，分類并存檔
Collect production/quality record, do classification and filing 

4. 協(xié)助質(zhì)量主管完成其它過程管控相關(guān)的工作。
Assist quality supervisor with other process quality control related works. 

5. 直線領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作。
Other Quality tasks assigned by Supervisor.

6. 按照公司規(guī)定進(jìn)行固廢的處理，保持工作場(chǎng)所的5S
Solid waste treatment according to the rules, compliance with 5S requirement at the workplace

Job Qualification任職資格
Education 
教育 
機(jī)械類專業(yè)中專以上學(xué)歷；
Machinery major above polytechnic school degree.

Experience
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 
2年以上質(zhì)檢員經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉機(jī)加工件、裝配件。
At least 2 years quality inspector experience, be familiar with machined and assembled parts. 

Skill
技能 
熟練使用常規(guī)計(jì)量及檢驗(yàn)儀器/設(shè)備，包括但不限于卡尺、千分尺、膜厚儀等。
Be able to use common inspection & measurement tools, including but not limited by caliper, micrometer, film thickness gauge, etc. 

能夠充分理解機(jī)械加工圖紙及技術(shù)規(guī)范。
Be able to understand engineering drawing and standard.
